About

A practice built around not rushing you

Nine clinicians, an on-site laboratory, and a way of working that starts with a conversation rather than a drill.

How we work

Most people who walk through our door have put it off. Sometimes for a year, sometimes for a decade. Nobody here is going to make you feel bad about that — it is the most ordinary thing in dentistry and it is usually fear, not neglect.

So the first appointment is mostly talking and looking. You meet your clinician sitting up rather than lying back, we examine and scan, and you leave with a written summary and an itemised quote. Nothing is booked under pressure in the chair, and nothing is ever added on the day without asking you first.

We will also tell you when the answer is to do nothing, or when a cheaper treatment would serve you better than the one you came in asking for. That costs us money in the short run and is the reason most of our patients arrive recommended by another one.

A first appointment is an examination and a conversation — we will not treat anything on the day unless you are in pain and want us to. Bring your questions.
