And if it is not here, call us. Reception will put you through to a clinician if it needs one.
Call before 16:00 and it is usually the same day — we keep emergency slots open rather than booking them out in advance. The emergency line stays open until 22:00, seven days a week. The first appointment is about getting you out of pain; the definitive treatment is planned afterwards.
We bill the major providers directly, and we check what your policy actually covers before treatment rather than after it. If a treatment is only partly covered we will tell you the exact shortfall in writing before you decide.
Then you are in very ordinary company, and nobody here is going to lecture you. The first visit is an examination and a conversation — we are not going to treat anything on the day unless you are in pain and want us to.
Every treatment page lists a starting price, and you get an itemised written quote before anything begins. Treatments above AED 2,000 can be spread over twelve months at 0%. Nothing is ever added on the day without asking you first.
If you come twice a year anyway, Essential costs slightly less than paying per visit and includes 10% off treatment. If your teeth need closer attention, Complete is straightforwardly cheaper. If neither applies, pay as you go — you are not treated differently for it.
From around their first birthday, and mainly so that the practice becomes somewhere familiar rather than somewhere they first visit in pain. Early appointments are short and mostly involve counting teeth. Children under 16 are seen free on the Family plan.
Tell us when you book and it changes the whole appointment: a clinician who works this way as standard, a longer slot, a stop signal agreed before we start, numbing gel before any injection, and oral sedation if you want it. Most people who need sedation once do not need it the next time.
