We scan your teeth and produce a plan you can look at before committing — the starting position, the finishing position and the stages between them. If the finish is not what you had in mind, that is the moment to say so.
Aligners only move teeth while they are in your mouth. Twenty-two hours a day is the number that makes the plan work; materially less and the teeth do not track, and we will have to reset.
Teeth move back. Everybody's do. A retainer afterwards is part of the treatment rather than an upsell, and we will have told you that before you start.
